FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about Peptide Connect, requests and research resources.
What is Peptide Connect?
A community-oriented research reference and catalog. The Research Guide provides the detailed educational material, citations and tools; this page covers practical questions.
Is this a live store?
Online requests, payment collection and fulfillment are not connected on this deployment. A request receipt is never a paid-order confirmation.
Are research references and merchandise the same thing?
No. Compound-inspired names may refer to artwork or apparel only when the listing explicitly identifies actual clothing, size, material and garment count. Existing compound references are not automatically clothing. No verified apparel listing is currently offered here.
How many garments are in a pack?
A merchandise listing must state the number of physical shirts per purchased pack before a request can be made. Research-catalog bulk-price tiers do not establish a garment quantity.
What information is collected?
Local requests use synthetic personas and example addresses only. The priced-request workflow stores contact and shipping details privately for authorized staff. Do not enter personal details into the disconnected public preview.
How do I submit a request?
The Request page demonstrates product selection, a server-calculated estimate and contact consent. Its local testing workflow saves a synthetic request durably. General information inquiries do not require a shipping address.
How do I track an order?
Keep the PC reference and private status capability returned by the local request form. Use Order status with that capability; a reference alone does not grant access. Do not share the private capability publicly.
How are payment and shipping verified?
A payment preference or submitted reference is not payment confirmation. Staff verify payment independently, then a separate authorized inventory approval rechecks stock. Shipping information is available only to authorized operators. No payment update automatically ships a request. See Payments & records.
Where can I find research and COA explanations?
Use the compound references, safety qualifications and resources in the Guide. A report must match its exact lot; a COA does not establish clinical safety or approval. Existing qualified-review requirements remain open.
Research use only
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Research materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Educational content is not treatment or dosing advice.
